Pottermore

Hogwarts is now part of the Pottermore experience on PlayStation Home. Explore the Great Hall and take part in your very own Sorting Ceremony, master the art of Levitation in the new Charms Class and join fellow students in one of the four house common rooms! You can also buy your very own Hogsmeade House personal apartment and accompanying furniture bundles!




Digital Leisure – Paradise Springs Poker Tournament

Digital Leisure is hosting the first official Paradise Springs Poker Tournament on June 8th and 9th. Do you have what it takes to take on the best poker players in the casino? If you do, then register in the poker room or at one of the new tournament registration terminals today. Once you have your bracelet you’re all set and all that is left to do before the weekend is practice your poker face. You don’t want to miss out on this event because there are huge chip prizes for the champion and runners up, as well as rewards for everyone who makes it to the semis and the finals. All future tournaments will be held on the second Saturday of every month.

nDreams – Musicality Clubhouse

For those club leaders looking for a new clubhouse that involves all your club members look no further than the Musicality Clubhouse. Based on the extremely popular Musicality Apartment this clubhouse version comes with all the extra music packs unlocked allowing your club to be creating all kinds of different music twenty four hours a day.

Game Mechanics – Elegant Dining Tables + Classic Clocks

Game Mechanics reaches back in their Elegant closet and pulls out some requested items and a couple innovative ones. First, they are releasing 8 and 12 seat versions of their Elegant Dining Table. This is the one that allows you to change the color and settings. The 8 seat version uses 6 slots and the 12 seat version uses 7 slots (if you think that is low, just wait). There is also a bundle available with all three tables. Next, they took one of their most popular items, the Outdoor Bar with Chairs and created Indoor and Outdoor Elegant versions of them. These go well in so many places and were a highly requested couple items. They use 3 slots each. And last, what may be the first one slot active items. That is right, these two Classic Clocks take up only one slot each. The one clock is normal sized and the Grand version is huge; reminiscent of their giant Tire Clock from way back. And the Grand version still only uses one slot.

Granzella – Invasion by the Kikai Machine Empire Event

Granzella have launched a new event in the Japan region of PlayStation Home. ‘Invasion by the Kikai Machine Empire’. The event will take place in three Granzella lounges. Along with 6 new additional lounges that have been specially created for the event. The event also be held in Europe Region in May 29th 2013 and North America Region in July 25th 2013.

At 9:00 p.m. on May 16 (Japan Time), 8:00 p.m. on May 30 (BST - Europe) and 10:00/7:00 p.m. on July 25th (EDT/PDT Time Zone - North America) the UFO that stayed over the Neon Downtown was transformed.

On May 16 (May 30th and July 25th), all of a sudden, the UFO that appeared to be a friendly messenger to the earth demanded that the earth should be surrendered. As the government ignored this, the UFO that stayed over the Neon Downtown was transformed and started attacking the earth!

The Kikai Machine Imperial Army dropped countless Kikai Soldiers from the UFO. The city was almost completely destroyed by the Kikai Soldiers. Attacks from the Kikai Machine Empire continued with no mercy, taking hope away from the people. Here comes a mysterious organization, called “Granzella”– the Granzella Self-Defence Forces. Now, let’s become a member of Granzella Self-Defence Forces and prevent their invasion!

Let’s Join the Granzella Self-Defence Forces!

Let’s gather information in the Secret Base? of the Granzella Self-Defence Forces! Once you receive the battle suit in the Secret Base? lounge, you will become a member of Granzella Self-Defence Forces! In addition, you will obtain one of the weapons of the following three professionals once you complete the quest given out by the Granzella Self-Defence Forces:

A) Profession: Beam Samurai Beam Samurai are the experts at direct attacks with the Beam Katana.

B) Profession: Honeycomb Hacker Honeycomb Hackers hack enemy computers and force them into friendly fire.

C) Profession: Battle Healer Battle Healers are able to heal allies and destroy enemies with fists of steel. They can deploy their energy shield in front of them.

Let’s work together with other players with different types of professions and fight against the Kikai Machine Imperial Army!

Help People and Get Reward Items!

When you talk to some people in the lounges, you will start a quest as a part of the mission. Every time you complete the quest, you will gain reward items, such as “Kikai Soldier’s Mask” and “Kikai Soldier’s Toilet”.
In addition, depending on how well you fight in the battle, you will receive “valiant points”. The valiance points will be tallied up, and the top ranking Players will be announced on the ranking board in the Secret Base? lounge. The highest ranking players will receive super gorgeous reward items such as “Kikai Soldier’s Mini Bike” and “Kikai Soldier Outfit” and so on!

Granzella 

Kikai Machine Empire Event

A crisis of global destruction, if it’s not protected, tomorrow will never come. One day, beautiful, huge, flying objects began to appear in the skies above Great Edo, the Southern Island Hideaway, and the Neon Downtown lounges. Friendly messages were sent to earth from these UFOs. It seemed like a message of friendship.

However, on 30th May, the UFO suddenly requested the surrender of Earth, but the government ignored this. As soon as the deadline was reached, a UFO over Neon Downtown began a beam attack! A mass of Kikai soldiers was dropped, destroying the ground below. Then a mysterious organisation appeared! Its name: The Granzella Defense Force. As a player, become a member of the Granzella Defense Force and try to stop the Kikai Machine Empire invasion!

Cats

Meow introducing the Lively Cat 3-piece Set from Granzella! The cat portable item includes 3 breeds, the calico cat, black cat, and tabby cat. It moves around the player and runs following behind. Additionally, when you haven't moved for a while, the cat will yawn and stretch and purr! Meow! Why not spend some time relaxing with a whimsical cat?

Yukatta series

It's made of a dark blue fabric with an image showing the flowing Milky Way and beautiful, sparkling, starry night sky. In addition, bamboo leaves are featured as well, making this a good choice for summer nights. Why not wish upon a star?

Mount Olympus

Lounge like the gods as you sit atop the clouds in your very own Mt. Olympus. Take your rightful place on the throne, overlooking your impluvium (a water basin for you mortals). Take a stroll out back in your peristylium to catch some sun. Make sure to have one of your worshippers pull up your chariot for you when you leave. Reward your guests with a Mount Olympus Bolts (Male or Female), exclusive to the Mount Olympus personal space. For a limited time, you can explore an Open House version of this apartment.

The ‘Invasion by the Kikai Machine Empire’ event comes to the EU region. The Lively Cat portable item comes to all regions. And the new Yukata series clothing comes to all regions, except Japan.

• SCEE Region – Invasion of the Kikai Machine Empire Event

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new PlayStationHome® event in the europe region, “Invasion by the Kikai Machine Empire”. This event will take place in three of the Granzella lounges, as well as six new lounges specially created just for the event. The event will be held in North America at a later date, however, the date has not been confirmed yet.

At 8:00 p.m. on May 30 (BST), the UFO that stayed over the Neon Downtown was transformed.
